God sent His angels to speak His mind through dreams and visions whenever  He wanted to bypass the priests.  These angels would communicate through symbols.   Sometimes we are reluctant to recognize the end of an era, the conception of a  generation, and the birth of new things. Sometimes new seasons could mean new  environments, and new people. But because of uncertainty and lack of clarity we shut  certain doors and stick with what is familiar. I used to hold on to my rugged toys as a child... Even when my father tried to discard  them.
